At Amazelight, we want you to feel confident about upgrading your home lighting. That’s why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all our products. We believe in our cordless lamps, but if they don’t align with your expectations, we’ll do our best to make things right.
Eligibility for Returns
To initiate a return, please ensure it falls within 30 days of the delivery date. The item should be in its original condition and packaging, unless it arrived defective or damaged. If you notice any issues upon unboxing—like dents, scratches, or other manufacturing defects—get in touch with us immediately. We’ll arrange a return or exchange at no additional cost to you.
How to Request a Return
- Contact Us: Email us at support@amazelight.com with your order number and the reason for return.
- Receive Instructions: Our support team will guide you through the return process, providing details on where to send the item.
- Ship the Product: Carefully repack the lamp using the original packaging, if possible. Depending on the reason for return, you may be responsible for return shipping costs.
- Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll process your refund. The amount will be credited to your original payment method, usually within 10-14 business days.
Exchanges
Interested in a different color, style, or model? Let us know! If your lamp is still in new condition, we can arrange an exchange. Our team will help you select the right replacement and provide instructions on shipping back your original item.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare case that your lamp arrives with damage or doesn’t operate properly, send us photos or a video illustrating the issue. We’ll expedite a replacement at no extra charge. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Exceptions
Our policy excludes normal wear and tear or damage due to misuse. If a returned lamp shows signs of excessive damage not covered under warranty, we may be unable to process a full refund.
