2. Processing Time
All orders are subject to a standard processing period of 1 to 3 business days before being dispatched. During this time, we verify your order details, perform quality checks, and prepare your items for shipment. Please note that processing times may be extended during peak periods or promotional events, but we always do our best to minimize delays.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery time is typically between 4 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Delivery timelines may vary slightly based on regional postal services, customs clearance, or unforeseen courier delays.

4. Shipping Costs
We offer free tracked shipping on all orders, regardless of order size or destination. There are no hidden handling fees or additional shipping surcharges—what you see at checkout is what you pay.
5. Shipping Method & Tracking
All orders are shipped via trackable shipping services. Once your order is dispatched, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's progress. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear once the carrier has scanned your parcel.
6. Delivery Responsibility & Delays
While we do everything in our power to ensure that your package is delivered on time, we are not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, customs inspections, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Please double-check that your shipping address is complete and accurate to avoid complications.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
In the rare event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, we are here to help. If your package does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, or if you receive items that are visibly damaged, please contact us at hey@amazelight.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier to determine the status of your shipment. Please be aware that this process can take several business days, depending on the carrier's response time. If the issue is confirmed to be caused by the shipping provider, we will issue a full replacement of your order at no extra cost to you. If the investigation concludes that the package was delivered correctly or that the issue resulted from incorrect address information, we may not be able to provide compensation.
8. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international shipments, customs policies vary widely by country. All orders are shipped duties unpaid (DDU), meaning that import duties, taxes, and related charges are not included in the purchase price. These fees, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Amazelight is not liable for any customs delays or charges incurred.
9. Shipping Confirmation & Support
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed. A second email containing tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped. If you do not receive either confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact us at hey@amazelight.com.
